What it commemorates: It commemorates the deaths of many people who died at Gallipoli.

  • 25th April, 1915
  • 1916 - 18


Where the event took place: This event took place in Gallipoli.



Who was involved: ANZAC (Australia, New Zealand, Army Corps), Ottoman Empire, NZEF (New Zealand Expeditionary Force), AIF (Australian Imperial Force), Dardanelles and some Maori people.


Causes of the event: This event was caused by war.


Effects of the events: The effects of the event were many people died.
